Residential + commercial duct cleaning

There’s more to it
than the vent cover.

The ductwork behind your walls deserves a closer look before anybody starts making promises. We inspect the accessible areas, explain the cleaning plan and use professional brushing and collection equipment suited to the job.

The equipment matters. The process matters more.

Know what we’re cleaning—and why.

Inspect

We start with your concerns and look at the duct material, condition and access before recommending cleaning.

Brush & collect

DuctMaster III contact-cleaning equipment uses brushing and collection at the hose. Tool choice depends on the actual ductwork.

Review

We talk through what we found in the accessible areas and explain any separate cleaning or repair recommendations. No guessing what was included.

Know what you are getting

Know what’s in the quote.

What the quote covers

Accessible supply and return ductwork, trunks and plenums may be included where appropriate and agreed. System condition and access determine what can be cleaned.

Looking at a blower, coil or plenum doesn’t mean cleaning that part is automatically in the price. Dryer vents, duct sealing, repairs and extra access work are discussed separately when needed. You deserve a quote you can actually follow.

Chemical treatments are not automatic. Any proposed treatment needs an appropriate purpose, suitable duct material and product-label guidance.

A little more straight talk

Let’s look before we make promises.

Dust deserves an explanation.

If you’ve noticed debris at registers, recently remodeled or simply don’t know the condition of the ductwork, tell us what prompted the call. We can discuss an assessment and the accessible areas involved. Not every dusty room means the entire duct system needs cleaning. Filtration, equipment condition and duct repairs may belong in a separate conversation, depending on what is found.

Real equipment. A clearly explained job.

We use DuctMaster III contact-brushing and collection equipment where suited to the duct material and access. The quote defines the work; a vent count by itself doesn’t tell the whole story. For homes around Joplin and Newton County or commercial properties elsewhere in our region, describe the building, system count and access concerns. We’ll confirm availability and discuss the scope. We’re cleaning ductwork—not selling a magic cure for every speck of dust in Missouri.

Common questions

A practical conversation first.

How long does it take?

Many residential jobs may take approximately 2.5–4 hours, but size, access, register count, condition and scope affect timing. Commercial properties are evaluated individually.

Does every home need duct cleaning?

No. Recommendations should be based on condition and findings. We can help assess whether cleaning, filtration, maintenance or corrective work makes sense.

Will you show before and after images?

Accessible-area images or video may be available. We do not promise documentation of every hidden surface.

Is duct cleaning guaranteed to solve allergies or high utility bills?

No. Those concerns can have many causes. We describe the actual cleaning scope and avoid blanket health or energy-saving guarantees.
