Applicable manufacturer terms and conditions govern coverage. Controls and labor have separate terms.
Our Quilt offering includes a 12-year heat-pump warranty arrangement. When an equipment failure qualifies for coverage, our approach is to use compatible replacement equipment from local stock and handle the manufacturer claim behind the scenes.
First, we check what failed and what the written coverage allows. Compatible stock and service availability affect timing. We explain any labor or other charges before you approve the work.

Tell us which rooms you use, what feels uncomfortable and what you want the finished installation to look like. We’ll discuss indoor-unit placement, controls and the outdoor equipment as part of a professionally sized system. Quilt’s visual preview is a useful way to picture it, but a good-looking picture can’t check your electrical supply or drainage. That’s where the site assessment comes in.

Our 12-year heat-pump arrangement includes a replacement-stock approach for qualifying covered failures: where coverage, diagnosis, compatible stock and scheduling allow, we replace the affected equipment and handle the manufacturer claim behind the scenes. It’s a practical local support model, not a promise that every cost or every situation is covered. We’ll explain the written terms, separate controls coverage and any labor charges. Quilt is professionally installed through Freedom, not sold as DIY or contractor-resale equipment.

Can I buy Quilt to install myself?
No. Our Quilt offering is a professional consultation and installation service. We do not offer Quilt equipment-only public ecommerce or contractor resale.
How much will my installation cost?
Room needs, load, equipment configuration, placement, electrical work, line routes and drainage affect the project. We provide a written proposal after assessment.
Can one outdoor unit heat and cool different rooms simultaneously?
Do not assume that it can. Indoor units sharing an outdoor unit have operating-mode constraints. We plan the system around your needs and explain those limitations.
Does the warranty cover everything for 12 years?
No. The written terms determine eligible heat-pump coverage. Controls have separate coverage, manufacturer labor exclusions apply, and maintenance and other conditions matter. Ask us for the terms for your installation.
