Local Quilt owner support
Service, care
and warranty help.
Tell Freedom where your system is installed and what has changed. We’ll help separate a controls question, routine maintenance and a service problem, then confirm the appropriate next step.

Start with the symptom
A few details help us help you.
Your town or ZIP, the affected room, what the Dial or app shows, when the problem started and any error message.
Share model or serial information if it is safely accessible. You do not need to remove covers or take equipment apart. Keep the installation invoice and maintenance records available if the question may involve coverage.
A request is the beginning.
A web request does not confirm an appointment or immediate response. Call to discuss time-sensitive needs and current availability.

Keep airflow and access clear.
Indoor filters
Inspect the filters regularly. The current manufacturer User Manual calls for cleaning every three months or as needed. Dust, pets and room use affect how quickly they need attention. Let washed filters dry fully before reinstalling them.
Outdoor equipment
Keep the required space around the unit clear of leaves, growth and stored items. Do not chip ice from the coil or use high-pressure cleaning. Have a professional assess persistent ice, blocked airflow or unusual operation.
Controls and sensing
Keep the Dial and external Sensor away from direct airflow, sunlight and heat sources that can distort the reading. For cleaning, batteries and connectivity, follow the manufacturer guide for your device.
Professional maintenance
Quilt’s written warranty requires yearly professional inspection, maintenance and cleaning under its instructions. Keep records of the work. Ask us what a visit should include for your configuration.
Warranty and local support
Know which terms apply.
Manufacturer coverage and local service are related, but they are different parts of the agreement.
Our current Quilt offering includes a 12-year heat-pump warranty arrangement. Applicable written terms determine coverage. When a failure qualifies, our local replacement-stock approach depends on diagnosis, compatible stock and scheduling. We explain labor and other charges before work is approved.
- Residential manufacturer heat-pump coverage is 10 years for Certified Partner installations and 12 years for Select/Expert installations.
- Manufacturer Dial and Quilt Sense coverage is three years. Do not assume this applies to the separate external room Sensor.
- The manufacturer warranty excludes labor and has installation and maintenance conditions.
- Commercial installations have different, shorter terms.
- Transfer is subject to the written terms and original installation site.
